Light exercise: –Even if you do not have the habit of exercise, there is nothing to worry about! Do some simple free hand exercises, even if you walk for ten minutes in the garden or on the roof of the house. When you exercise in the morning, your body stays strong throughout the day, toxins are released from the body through sweat. Which helps keep you glowing.


Face wash: –During sleep, oil and dirt accumulate in the face throughout the night. Get up in the morning and wash your face with facewash, then apply face serum or mild moisturizer. It will feel fresh all day long.


Moisturizer: –
If the skin does not tighten or the skin does not get oily after applying the moisturizer, then it should be understood that the moisturizer is OK. Having SPF in the moisturizer will also protect you from the sun.


Exfoliate: –
The face looks pale when dead cells accumulate on the skin. Be sure to exfoliate your face with a home scrub at least twice a week.


Fruits and vegetables:
Try to include any fruits or vegetables in your breakfast every day. You can eat whole fruit or fruit juice. You can make green smoothie or juice by crushing vegetables. Such a drink in the morning will keep you clean from the inside out.
